If you've been a long time follower you may remember a while ago I wrote about this Vichy Dermablend foundation, It's one of my holy grails but in my previous post I had said the lightest shade Opal was just a tiny bit too dark for my complexion so when I found out Vichy had released the shade porcelain I was very pleased!

With the new shade they've also revamped the packaging, The new black tube oozes class however I still don't love the squeezable tube design as it does sometimes leak into the cap if it's in my make up bag despite this I do really love the new look packaging, it looks pretty chic don't you think?

At first glance when comparing Porcelain to Opal I couldn't tell the difference but it has a slightly more yellow tone to it and as a warm girl this is great. Opal is on top and Porcelain is below in the swatches. Considering there doesn't seem to be much difference swatch wise it makes all the difference on my skin.

As you can see it blends out seamlessly, it can easily cover my tattoos if I colour corrected and layered this is just one thin layer sheered out using my finger. This foundation has a high concentration of pigments meaning it covers easier without being cakey or having to add loads of layers, perfect if you have pigmentation, scarring or even, like me prefer a fuller coverage.

This foundation suits all skin types but I would say a normal to dryer type would be best but if you're oily just powder into place as I can get a little dewy through the day. Once this foundation is set it's not going anywhere.
I really think it's such an incredible foundation, I recently used it on two clients and my second client has since bought it as it covers her uneven skin tone and pigmentation that she hates.

This incredible product is available at Escentual for £15.60 (RRP £18) Let me know what you think below and don't forget to check out Escentual, a brilliant online premier beauty store!
