REVIEW | NYX | Taupe Blush

As a fair skinned girl I struggle with contour colours or bronzer colours, everythings always orange and muddy. I can't stand it so decided to finally get the fair girls Holy Grail, NYX in Taupe.
First look it's not a very blush shade is it but I'm telling you this is amazing for contouring, it does what I want without that hideous orange glow! It looks like an actual shadow rather than 'I've tried to contour' as it's very cool, I want to say almost mauve undertoned. I have a strong yellow undertone in my skin so I can say it works well for us yellow skinned babes.

MINI HAUL | Burgess Hill Market

I recently went Burgess Hill to help my aunt plan her wedding, when we went through the town center I spotted a little stand with loads of makeup on, of course curiosity got the better of me and I let out a squeal of excitement when I saw what was on offer.
I picked up all these items for a mere £10, I even haggled! (insert shade wearing emoji here) Some of the items he had happened to be sealed, unused tester stock and others just old or battered but most of it was amazing!

REVIEW | Rimmel | Brow This Way

The recent explosion in brows being 'did' means us eyebrow conscious babes have some awesome products to hand and I've been trying to find something to cut my brow routine time down as it can be pretty lengthy.

REVIEW | £3 & £1.59 Makeup Brushes?

I recently found myself on CN Direct, the home of everything made in China, ever. Lurking the Makeup section I found some brushes that looked really nice but for the price how good could they really be?

The 4 Face brushes cost £3.34, These are available in 6 colourways and each face set contains a Tapered, Round, Flat and Angled top brush. Each eye set is £1.59 and contains 5 brushes, again in 6 colourways including a Flat Angled, Round Angled, Flat, Flat Rounded and a Tapered brush. These are honestly some of the softest brushes I've ever felt, I've spent a fair amount of time just rubbing them over my face.. in the most non weird way ever.

Makeup Revolution | First Impressions

Well hello again, it's been a little while eh... Apologies, I've had a few personal problems but I'm getting back on track, I also apologise for any dodgy photos as my camera lense is still broken so waaah but lets jump right in!
I've heard nothing but good things about Makeup Revolution but my local Superdrug doesn't stock it so I've not been able to get my hands on any to see what it's like but the lovely people over at Makeup Revolution sent me a package to have a look at. Firstly I like the packaging of all these products a lot, black and gold is definitely my thing.
I received the Ultra Eyeshadows in Flawless* this contains 32 pans of colour and a mix of shimmer and matte shades however there are more shimmer but the shimmer isn't chunky. There's not a shade in this palette I won't use as it's got some amazing goldy bronzes and cranberry tones for the fast approaching Autumn. This gorgeous palette is £8, that's a freaking amazing price as these are so so lovely.

Current Favourites | 1

I thought I'd post about a few of my current favourites at the moment, they seem to change quite regularly even though I'm a creature of habit but hopefully I can keep this up!

TRAVEL | Magaluf

Unless you've been living under a rock the last few weeks or forever you'll know of Magaluf and you'll more than likely have seen some of the recent headlines from a young girl partaking in sex acts for drinks to Jeremy Kyle being pepper sprayed.
I've heard nothing but the shrieks of disgusted people slamming this poor girl and shaming her for her actions
and all of the recent negative press is enough to put me off going for life but I've just returned from Palma Nova, basically Magaluf. A 10 minute walk from our hotel and we were at the notorious Punta Ballena strip.

Birchbox | July 2014

As my last Birchbox arrived quite late in the month this seems to have come round really quickly! Please let me apologise in advance for some of the photos, I dropped and broke my lens on my Canon, I'm currently crying inside because it's really had it, I struggled through even though it wouldn't focus on anything unless I was a certain distance away :( anyway, on to my Birchbox
This month is all about Sun, Sea & Sand, the things we should be experiencing in July but with this classic British weather we really aren't.
The little instructional cards this month are all beach themed with sayings like 'Don't get crabby' and 'Just keep swimming' soooo cute!

FREEBIES | Clinique Minis

At work I'm constantly lured in by magazine freebies but Glamour always seem to offer some of the best and the magazine is only £2, I always end up buying the magazine 5 times to collect the things they give away!
August's issue comes with a Clinique mini either a Chubby Stick, High Impact Mascara or Dramatically Different Moisturising Lotion +, I already have two bottles of the moisturiser so I picked out the Chubby Sticks and Mascara.

WISHLIST | July

Hello my little petit pois!
I'm sure you're all bored of hearing about my holiday so yes it's over and I am sad, it was incredibly hot at 33 degrees so I'm very thankful to be home in the cooler weather! Anyway on to my July Wishlist, I somewhat struggled with this as I find I want literally everything I see lately...

Wishlist | July

This dress from Romwe is only $19.99, a incredibly low price for something that looks so chic, I think it also covers everything well but you're still going to stay cool while partying. We seem to be at that time in the year when some people wear next to nothing to the cluuub!

Tarte is still a stranger to me, I've been wanting to buy something to try the brand for so long but I always forget! Tarte Amazonian clay full coverage airbrush foundation says it's a weightless full coverage foundation and I'm also a newbie to powder foundations as I can be quite dry in some areas but I'd love to try this one.
